Job Listings and Applications

For Job Seekers

When applying for jobs through our platform:

• You grant employers permission to view your profile and application materials
• You represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You understand that we do not guarantee job placement
• You are responsible for your own employment decisions

For Employers

When posting jobs on our platform:

• Job listings must be for legitimate positions
• You may not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• You must comply with all applicable employment laws
• You are responsible for your hiring decisions
• You may not collect candidate information for purposes other than recruitment

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with advance notice

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• That defects will be corrected

We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of job listings. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTESALESJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RemoteSalesJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Termination
